Mayra Castillo, Clinical Specialist
Specialist in autologous blood therapies.

After spending nearly a decade working for one of the ultimate high-end fashion retailers, Mayra truly knows the importance of making connections and building long-lasting relationships to have a successful career in sales. Her perseverance towards achieving a high standard has been a great addition to the team at MDG Medical.
During her spare time she enjoys golf and practicing yoga.
Alex Mannari, Hardware & Biologics
Joining MDG Medical in 2012, Alex Mannari, and the team, had a vision to grow the company into one of DFW’s most trusted distributorships. Through his commitment, determination and charismatic style of sales, Alex is known in the industry for taking care of others and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He is full of energy, passion and focus, all traits he developed during his time as a two sport collegiate athlete, lettering in both football and baseball. When not in the OR, he spends his time with his vast network of close family and friends by golfing, fishing, hunting and attending sporting events. Alex lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Savannah and their 1 year old son, Maxwell. As a family, they enjoy spending quality time at the park, throwing the tennis ball with their two labs.
Jordan Perry, Hardware & Biologics
Jordan has been with the distributorship for five years and has fostered very strong relationships with the physicians he represents MDG to. He provides hardware and bone marrow aspirate concentrate for some of the more complicated and demanding spinal fusions. While Jordan got his start in sales working statewide, as a Fort Worth native he feels fortunate to have a territory in the Magnolia medical district and to be able to raise his sons in the same great community he grew up in.
Ricky Chavez, Cell Saver & Ortho Biologics
Coming to MDG from an athletic training and therapy background Ricky has enjoyed applying his major in health promotions and minor in kinesiology to the field of sports medicine sales. Ricky holds several certifications that have aided him in being able to provide excellent customer service in his role at MDG for the last 3 years. From phlebotomy to cellular blood processing he is an asset both in and out of the operating room.

In his free time Ricky stays fit, enjoys crocheting, and advocates for awareness of the disease his wife Anna has beat, Hodkins Lymphoma. He believes that a deep understanding of the body as a whole is necessary for providing the best biologic solution for each procedure.
Michael Gray Jr,
Orthopedic Application of Biologics
Michael Gray Jr joined the team shortly after graduating from UT and is proud to be a lifelong longhorn! Aside from being MDG's expert in biologics specific to total joint replacement he enjoys teaching guitar lessons at the YMCA and playing local shows with his Pearl Jam cover band.
Shannon Reilly, Biologics
A proud Aggie with a Biomedical Science Degree she quickly fell in love with the operation room environment after observing an intense brain surgery during undergrad. She has been with MDG for two years and enjoys working with her colleagues and doctors in an environment where there's always something new to learn.

When not working, Shannon spends her time baking, reading, hiking and dancing. She loves spending time with her friends, parents and adorable cat Queenie.
Minton, Delano & Gray
Located in the heart of Fort Worths growing Medical district MDG Medical is one of DFW's leading medical distributorships specializing in neuro and ortho hardware and biologics. Previously Delano Medical, Minton, Delano & Gray formed February of 2015 to partner and promote blood technologies and kyphoplasty with the existing hardware lines.

Over the past five years the group has grown to a team of ten with three partners, six dedicated sales reps, an office based administrator and tissue manager as well as partnerships with several other distributorships in the area. The future holds expansion to both the Houston and Austin areas as well as nurturing the steadily growing DFW footprint.
